  • Authorized to operate the vehicle you intend to park

  • The legal owner or authorized operator of the vehicle

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time.

  • Payment is required prior to receiving parking privileges unless otherwise agreed.

Late Payments

Late or unpaid balances may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Late fees

  • Towing or removal of the vehicle at the owner’s expense

3. Parking Facility Rules

By parking at CisFord ParkZone, you agree to follow all facility rules, including:

  • No illegal substances or hazardous materials

  • No sleeping, living, or staying inside vehicles

  • No vehicle repairs, maintenance, or refueling

  • No dumping of waste, oil, chemicals, or garbage

  • Only park in the space assigned to you

  • Speed limit: 5 mph within all areas of the facility

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Vehicle Safety & Security

CisFord ParkZone provides:

  • Gated access

  • 24/7 surveillance

  • On-site security measures

However, we do not guarantee the prevention of theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
You acknowledge and agree that:

CisFord ParkZone is not responsible for:

  • Theft, vandalism, or damage to your vehicle

  • Loss of items left inside the vehicle

  • Weather-related damage

  • Acts of nature (storms, floods, winds, etc.)

You park at your own risk.

5. Access Credentials

You may receive:

  • Gate codes

  • Access credentials

  • Digital entry authorization

You are responsible for keeping this information confidential.
Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access.

6. Towing & Removal

Your vehicle may be towed or removed at your expense if:

  • Payment is past due

  • The vehicle is abandoned

  • The vehicle poses a safety hazard

  • Unauthorized vehicles or trailers are left on the property

  • You violate facility rules

CisFord ParkZone is not responsible for any costs or damages related to towing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests must follow our Refund Policy (posted separately).

Refunds may be denied if:

  • You violate facility rules

  • You abandon your vehicle

  • You provide false or incomplete information

8. Website Content & Accuracy

We attempt to ensure all information on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee it.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing

  • Update policies

  • Modify website content

  • Suspend or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CisFord ParkZone, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, or incidental damages

  • Loss of income, profits, or business

  • Vehicle damage, theft, or loss
